Never ever met such a friendly and attentive staff, especially the people in the reception! Lovely people, warmly recommended! We also liked the atmosphere, the memories of the cultural heritage of old Prague. We willvcertainly come back!

Great location. The hotel is close to almost everything. The street is quiet at night so you can have an excellent rest. The restaurant is not good enough for the price, but you can go and get wonderful restaurants nearby. The reception staff were so kind and respectful.

Location great. Room was spacious,as was bathroom. Complimentary water. No wine or free drink voucher as seen on other reviews. Lovely building and courtyard outside.No tea,coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast fine although replenishiment frequently was needed as no yoghurt left after 9am on 2 out of the 3 days of our stay,aswell as no breakfast tea,white rolls or croissants. Bit of a funny set up for drinks in the bar. You had to get someone from reception to come over to serve you. Twice whilst there we saw staff were drinking alcohol in the breakfast room from late afternoon onwards,and on one occasion the blond,longhaired lady from reception was considerably drunk. This was pretty unprofessional and put us off going in there for drinks again . Apart from the mentioned,we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Prague but probably won't return to the Adler

+ Perfectly located + Friendly reception staff + little attentions (wine, water bottle at the arrival, free drink) - Rooms are really small for a 4 stars hotel and furnitures are quite old - Bathroom really tiny - We can hear noise from outside - Breakfast is average - Staff is hanging out with friends in the hotel, taking drinks outside and in dining room during the afternoon for hours which doesn’t look professional and prevent clients from coming outside Too expensive for this quality, wouldn’t come again if coming back in Prague
